Patent prosecution & analysis
The office prepares and prosecutes patent applications and helps clients manage patent portfolios. This work has included small molecules, formulations, nucleic acids, gene therapy, vaccines, protein interactions, nanoparticles, immunotherapy and diagnostics.
Patent analysis includes inventorship, patentability, due diligence, infringement, validity and freedom to operate. The office also advises on Orange Book listings and Hatch-Waxman issues.
