Patent and life sciences attorney with a background in scientific research.
Dr. Kumar advises companies and research institutions on patents, intellectual property agreements, litigation and trademarks. Before becoming an attorney, he worked as a research scientist and post-doctoral fellow.
He practiced at Reed Smith LLP, where he became a partner in 2007. He later began practicing at the Law Offices of Nanda P.B.A. Kumar, LLC in Princeton, New Jersey.
